Dance2Fit is where the party meets the workout! This high-energy, full-body cardio class is 60% dance and 40% fitness, set to the hottest hits from every genre. You’ll be so busy having fun, you’ll barely notice you’re getting a killer workout — until you feel amazing afterward!

NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

We welcome all fitness levels, and modifications are always available so you can move at your own pace. Men, women, and teens (recommended 13+) can join in the fun. 

**This is a come-as-you-are class. Wear clothes and shoes you're comfortable moving around in. Bring plenty of water, a sweat towel if you're like me, a fitness tracker to count those calories, and a positive attitude.

**Class is recommended for ages 13+. Child watch is not available for class, but they're welcome to come and sit along the side. Please be aware that the music can be loud for small ears. You must be responsible for minors while attending class. The majority of songs for class are edited, but may not always be available.

If you’re not having fun, I’m not doing my job — and this class might not be for you!

2. NO JUDGING!
Yourself or anyone else — we’re all here for the same thing! This is a safe space to let loose, have fun, and get a great workout. Anyone who disrupts that environment will be asked not to return.

3. Don't Give Up!
Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, we all mess up sometimes — just keep moving! And remember: when in doubt, tap it out
